Interclub Round 4 was hosted by Huddersfield PIC at a new venue for us - Huddersfield University.

The Eleven clubs in the West Yorkshire Interclub Colour Group gathered for the final round of the season on Saturday 12th April 2014.

Stand in judge on the night was Peter Thompson DPAGB APAGB from York who did an excellent job of separating the images and giving helpful advice.  Bradford PS had the highest scoring images on the night aggregating 95 points out of a maximum of 100 and ran out winners 6 points ahead of Leeds PS and Pudsey CC. Huddersfield PIC came fifth with a score of 85.

For the record our images were as follows:

Steam driven sugar mill by Alan Stopher (Set subject: Industry) scored 14

Last Man Out by Anthony Leen (Set theme: Photojournalism)    scored 17

Number 3 by Darren Crompton (Open)                                        scored 20

Emley Moor by Gill Brears (Open)                                                scored 18

Down by the Riverside by Colin Gower (Open)                            scored 16

Well done to Darren for getting full marks for his image.

The overall winner was in doubt until the last few images as the battle was engaged by the leading three clubs for this season's series. In the end it was congratulations to Bradford PS who finished first on 346 points four ahead of Leeds PS and Pudsey CC who were joint runners up. Huddersfield PIC finished in 5th place in the middle of the field.

Thanks go to our selection panel, members who put work in and particularly for the hard-working team who successfully ran the event on the night.
