Hi everyone,

If you are reading this then it is presumed you are interested in joining a camera club? Well, I joined HPIC a short while ago after contemplating for over a year and it is the best thing I have done. It is so nice to meet nice people who have the same interest as myself. Get signed up and if it's not for you then you have lost nothing.

I bought my first camera when I was around 10 years old; my mum took me to a jumble sale in the early sixties and I bought a Kodak Bakelite 127 brownie camera with no film.

I had to do the dishes for four weeks, and keep my room tidy for the price of a film. I took photos of my beloved dog and family and surprise they came out great. I was hooked and have loved my hobby for over 50 years. I love taking photos of anything that takes my eye.

Thanks for looking.

Best wishes

Pete
