Photography has been ever-present in my life since my early twenties and has been very rewarding.
I have photographed many different things on my photographic journey but presently I specialise on portraiture and composite images which include figures, I like my images to tell a story or provoke some kind of emotional reaction.
I have been a member of a couple of clubs but HPIC is by far the best with lectures and workshops that cater for all photographic tastes and our members are only too willing to help and give advice to beginners.
We have many talented photographers in the club which was voted 'Best Club in Yorkshire' 4 times in the last 5 years by The Yorkshire Photographic Union.
